1. Course Purchases
Payment: All course purchases must be paid in full at the time of registration. We accept payments via Mobile banking e.g., Nagad, Bkash and credit card, debit card, etc.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

Withdrawal by Student: If you wish to withdraw from a course, you must notify us in writing at info@proeducare.com. Our refund policy for withdrawals is as follows:
(i) Within 7 Days of Purchase: If you withdraw within 7 days of your purchase and have not accessed any course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.
(ii) After 7 Days of Purchase: If you withdraw after 7 days but before accessing any course materials, you may be eligible for a partial refund, at our discretion.
(iii) After Accessing Course Materials: No refunds will be issued once you have accessed any part of the course materials.
3. Course Access and Completion
Access Period: You will have access to the course materials for a specified period, as detailed in the course description. Extensions may be granted at our discretion.
Non-Transferable: Access to the course is granted to you personally and is non-transferable. Sharing your account or course materials with others is strictly prohibited.
